Kindergarten Pre-Registration
Heyworth Elementary School
Heyworth CUSD #4 will be holding Kindergarten Pre-Registration at Heyworth Elementary School on Tuesday, March 14th, from 4-6 pm. Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years-old on or before September 1st. Parents that currently have a child in our HES Pre-K classroom do not need to attend Kindergarten Pre-Registration. We already have your information and will include your student in our numbers for next year.
Please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate to the registration. Please also provide proof of residency, even if you are an existing family, which would include a lease agreement, mortgage statement, or the front page of a utility bill showing your name, address, and a current date. Parents will be asked to complete registration forms and an informational packet will be handed out highlighting health requirements and other information that pertains to Kindergarten. Please know fees are not required at this time.
If you are unable to attend, please contact me at (309) 473-2822 to ensure your child is placed on the Kindergarten roster for the 2023-24 school year. Initial paperwork must be filled out in order to complete online registration during the summer.
