Heyworth CUSD 4

Heyworth Community School District 4 has a needs-based pre-kindergarten
the program is currently located at Heyworth Elementary School. The program is
funded through a state grant called Preschool for All (PFA). There are no tuition
or registration fees for this program due to its state funding. Students can be
found eligible for this program by participating in the district's PFA screening
process. Enrollment for the pre-kindergarten program is based on the prioritization
of students determined to be the most at-risk. A waiting list system list is
established when the maximum number of children are enrolled. If a child turns 5
years of age on or before September 1st, they are no longer eligible for our PFA
program.
